Returns & Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange only if there's a problem with the product — like a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item.

To proceed:
  1. Take a clear photo of the issue.
  2. Send it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Our support team will verify and assist you with the exchange.
Note: We cannot accept any exchanges or returns if the issue is reported after 7 days from delivery.
