Bulk Order Shipping

For bulk orders, we usually use DTDC so we can support you if any delivery issues come up.
If you'd like to use a different courier, we’re happy to follow your preference—just kindly note that you may need to handle any delivery concerns directly with them.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges are based on the quantity, weight of your order, and the delivery location. You’ll see the final shipping cost during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

We try to process and ship your order quickly. Once you place your order, we usually arrange pickup within 12 hours.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method, but on average, it takes 2 to 5 days.
